Foundation Crack Repair Warranty
All foundation crack repairs include a lifetime warranty against active water leakage through the repaired crack. This warranty applies only to the specific crack that was repaired and covers water penetration under normal conditions.This warranty does not apply to new cracks, foundation movement, settlement, heaving, structural issues, or cracks caused by future excavation, renovations, or changes in soil or drainage conditions.
Workmanship Warranty
All eligible work includes a five-year workmanship warranty. This warranty covers failure resulting from improper installation or workmanship within the warranty period.This warranty does not cover normal foundation movement, cosmetic cracking, drainage issues not included in the original scope of work, or damage caused by external factors beyond our control.
General Terms
Warranty coverage is limited to the original repair area only. Prairie West Foundation Repair reserves the right to inspect any warranty claim prior to repair. Warranty service is limited to correcting the original work and does not include secondary or consequential damages.
